120mm SJ120/25 single screw plastic extruder
This machine is mainly used in extruding soft and hard thermoplastics, such as PVC, polyethylene and others. With relevent auxiliary machine (including profile machine head), It can produce several kinds of plastic products,such as film, pipe, board,sheet, hollow product etc. It is also used for granulation.
Machine Description
This Extruder with apporpriate screws, dies and other auxiliaries can convert the plastic material into
Pipe, plate sheet, film, profile,and Granulating or Pelleting. It is drived by D.C. motor with thyristor to
stepless regularly. It also equiped with the over-load protection and stoppage any control system.
The screws core and outside of barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil, the fuctions include vacuum
venting and forced feeding.
Main Advantage
1).The screw adopts circulating oil cooling device,so that the friction temperature would be quite
allowable.
2).The screw barrel adopts special designed wind cooling system, which makes repair quite easy.
3).Up different material mixing,reasonable structure of screws can be equipped with making
desirable plastic and other flowing substance.
4).Main driving motor ,reduction box and screw are assembled in a line,which ensures easy repair.
5)Equip with forced feeding device,the extruder ensures consistent speed of material discharging
.
