Water Saving 2 Inch PVC Roll Water Pipe for Water Supply
Specifications:
1. Inner layer: NBR and SBR, with excellent abrasion resistant and high quality
2. Outer shell: NBR+CR
3. Reinforcement: high tensile strength fabrics
4. Safety factor: 3:1
5. Inner diameter: 10inch to 52 inch
6. The size of flange is at customers’ request.
Characteristics of Suction Hose Pipe:
2. Rubber hose can bear high pressure and has superior pulse performance;
3. The body of rubber hose has features of tight coupling, good flexibility and small deformation
under pressure;
4. Rubber hose has resistance to bend and resistance to fatigue;
5. Steel wire braided rubber hose has long length. The cuttolength is 20 meters above OD32mm
of steel wire and 10 meters even more than 100 meters below OD25mm.

7. Bending angle: in working condition, the bending angle is from 0° - 45°;
8. Low center of gravity, strong ability of the anti-wave, good stability;
9. Easy installation,Good adhesion,long service life,the hose have four faces, so we can take turns
using it (1 wear out, use 2, 2 wear out,Use 3....), easy assembly.
Application of Dredging Rubber Hose
1. Transport powder and coal ash in thermal power plant.
2. Transport mine tailing and slurry, metallurgical mines in the mining industry.
3. Transport pulverized coal and coal-water slurry of coal preparation plant in the coal industry.
4. Transport mud and corrosive media with slag in the chemical industry

6. Transport sandmudslurry for dredger in dredging projects or sand suction projet.
