Introduction of HDPE Pipe
High-density polyethylene pipe(HDPE pipe) is made from high density polyethylene as the main raw material, adding a small amount of antioxidants, Anti-UV absorbers and pigments.
Advantages of HDPE Pipe:
1. Long life, under normal working conditions, can be used more than 50 years.
2. PE Pipe system losses, no more than 10%.
3. Excellent corrosion resistance, except for a few oxidant, can withstand a variety of chemical erosion, no electrochemical corrosion.
4. Excellent anti-wear resistance without heavy metal salt stabilizer, non-toxic materials, DO NOT breed bacteria, and solved the city's secondary pollution of drinking water.
5. Strong impact resistance, PE pipe is very tough, when heavy directly go over through pipes, it won't cause the pipes crack.
6. Reliable connectivity,PE pipe hot melt or fused interface is higher than the pipe body itself. Joints will not crack due to the soil movement .
7. Good workability, the pipe is very light, and the welding process is simple.
Applications of HDPE Pipe:
Widely used for water discharge for medium duty applications in agricultural irrigation.
Additional uses include water pump, pool & spa, construction, mines and marine.
