High Efficiency Low Price Vibrating Rotary Screen
Introduce:
Rotary drum screening machine mainly is composed of motor, reduction gear, drum, body and other
components. The motor through reduction, via drum to drive the screening machine rolling round the roller, so after material enter into screening machine, with the angle and rolling of machine, the qualifity product will out from hole of screeningand unqualifity will out from the bottom of screening machine.
Application:
Rotary drum screen is widely used in classifying the solid materials in coal, mining, electric power, light
industry and other industries, screening the wet materials in metallurgy, construction industry and chemical industry, too.
Working principle:
From the storage hopper, raw material is fed into the drum, and lifted up by the rotation, in the meantime washed by the flushing water as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the wall of drum screen. The finer ore passes through the screen while the bigger ore tumbles towards the eventual exit at the backside of the drum.
The fine size mineral ore is then passed to the downstream process equipment, which can be in various forms, such as centrifugal Concentrator, spiral chutes, jig machines etc.
