The whole system include the coal lifeing system,coal adding system,air supply system,gasification system,dust removel system,cooling system,sulphur removel system,deterring precipitation and collection system,phenol water disposal and inclneration system,automatic control system,gas storage and pressurized gas transfer system.
It use 40-60mm bitumious coal as raw material,and dry distillation process occurs in the upper stage
of the gasifier,then carbocoal is generated and go in to the lower stage of the gasifier for gasification process.The dry distillation and gasification process are finished in the gasifier,and coal gas go through a series of processing steps like dust removal,detarring,cooling and sulpher removal by after treatment equipment.
