Filter Press with 3 sample cups SD3
Under pressure difference, drilling fluid will have filter effect, which means free water of drilling fluid permeate to gaps and pores of rocks on side wall. Filter press is used to simulate drilling fluid’s filtration and cake’s forming characteristics under static condition. SD3 filter press with three cups can do three samples paralleled experiments. It equips aluminium drilling fluid glass, rated working pressure 0.69MPa, effective filtration area 45.6cm2, drilling fluid capacity 240ml. And it equips pump air source supply. You can choose low-pressure pipe manifold with nitrogen gas cylinder for labs.
