Differential Sticking Tester NF-1
The instrument is a kind of simulating test analyzer. It is mainly used to monitor the coefficient of friction between the drilling string and drilling fluids in deep wells so as to handle the drilling fluids and improve lubricity character in time, which can prevent effectively the accident of differential sticking occurring and provide accurate reliable data for ensuring fast and safe well drilling. It is characterized by its compact structure, high operation precision and convenient for use. The instrument can extensively applied in the oil fields, research institutions and laboratories, etc

1.Adhesive disc diameter: φ50.7 mm
2.Working pressure: 3.5MPa
3.Drilling fluid cup max Operating Pressure: 5MPa
4.Filter area: 22.6cm²
5.Air source: Nitrogen, carbon dioxide(No oil, water and other impurities)(Prohibited the use of oxygen) the rated pressure should be greater than 5MPa
Note: without pressure tube assembly,the pressure of adhesion between adhesive disc and the filter cake is done by hand using pressure bar
