Description:
It is used to determine consistency of emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixture using a stipulated cone. The consistency is used to check spread workability of slurry seal mixture, so that to decide suitable water quantities for ratio design of slurry seal mixture.

(1) Upper opening diameter: 38 mm;
(2) Lower opening diameter: 89 mm;
