Packing:
Wilgex LED Neon tube is usually packed on wooden reel or high quality plastic reel, you can choose one of them. And each reel packed in a high quality color carton with a User Manual. We also accept to stick your logo on the carton if required.
Shipping:
By express: DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT or EMS, from Dongguan, 3~5 days.
By air: From Shenzhen or Hong Kong, 7~10 days.
By sea: From Shenzhen or Hong Kong, 20~45 days.

A: Yes, we can provide free samples not more than 1 meter upon freight paid by your side.
If need more samples, we also have a policy to return the sample fee after following order placed.
Q: How long will I get the samples?
A: If we have stock, the samples will be ready within 1 day. If no stock, but we have other similar orders, the samples will be ready within 3 days. We usually don't produce samples becuase the quantity is too small. But if you would like to pay for it, we can also produce samples for you :-)
Q: Do you have E-catalogue and price list?

Q: How can I make the payment?

Q: I am afraid I don't know how to make the installation.
A: Don't worry, dear. It is very easy and we have User Manual delivered together with the neon tube.
Q: How to deal it if the products is damaged when installing?
A: Usually it is not easy to be damaged if installed in the right way according to our User Manual. If happens, don't worry, we will send extra accessories to help fix the neon tube. If accessories can’t solve the problem, we will send you the replacement neon tube directly. And also remember that our warranty is 2 years.
