Dongguan Wilgex Lighting Co., Ltd (originally named Dongguan Jiawen Lighting Co., Ltd), was established in year 2003. We are specialized in developing, designing and manufacturing LED decorating and lighting proodcuts for more than 12 years.
Our products assortment includes LED neon flex, LED wall washer/flood lights, LED fountain/pool lights, and LED undergroud lights as well as garden lights.
All of our products are manufactured to the highest industry standards and utilize some of the best quality components available such as San'an, Edison and CREE LEDs, and MeanWell Power Supplies and are backed by a conservative 2 Year Warranty. All of our products are CE (EMC, LVD, EMF) and RoHS certified and can reach to IP65, IP68 waterproof grade.
We also have PSE certification and sell to Japan market. Our target markets for our LED lights are the middle and high quality required countries such as the USA, Canada, Europe and middle east as well as Japan. FAQ OF DMX RGB LED tube
Q: What kind of LED do you use?
A: Normally we use Taiwan Original Edison as the light source, but if you have special demands for the LED brand(Epistar), we could customize.
Q: What kind of LED Wall Washers do you supply?
A: The shape of our LED Wall Washers have Square type, Linear type, Round type for your option, different color are all available.
Q: What do you use for the packing?
A: We use thick PE foam with box for the packing. We could also accept colorful packing, but you have to send the design of the box to us.
Q: Can you help us to put our company logo into the label?
A: Yes, we could put your company logo or even your email address in the label according to your comments.
Q: What’s your shipping methods?
A: We use express(DHL, Fedex, UPS) for shipping, for large quantity, we could arrange shipment by sea or by air as you requested.
Q: How many days do you need to produce the wall washers?
A: Within 7 days for normal order, 10-12 days for for large quantity.
Guarantee:

2. Within the warranty period, we will bear all the quality problems of our products.
3. Without the warranty period, we will despatch the replacement parts to help fix the lamps, but the parts should be charged.
4. Without any problem, we will collect the feedbacks of our products to help improve them better.
5. When the products are damaged, you should take some photos to show us the problems, If it is the products' reason, we will send you the extra lamp ASAP so that it won't effect your daily sales. And we bear the product cost and the freight cost. If not, we will also help to send necessary replacements, but the freight cost should be paid by your side. And then, we will try to find the reason and solve it, to make sure that this kind of problem won't happen again.
