SH-111 series Ethernet WDM media converter convert 10/100Bas-T electrical signals with 100Base-FX optical signals. It converts the signals only over one-core fiber, which greatly saves the cabling cost. It dramatically connects the existing copper networking with the booming fiber optic network which greatly saves the project cost. It provides an economic way to extend the network transmission distance from 100m over copper cables to 100km over fiber optical cable. SH-S111 full series of feature rich media converters provides options in 20km~100km transmission distance, SC/FC/ST connector and more to meet the different application and budget requirements.
