In production of abrasives wheels, one of the key points is to control tempreture and humidity, to some degree, this two elements affect the disc quality and stability, therefor, DOME have invested heavily in purchaseing air conditions and industrial dehumidifier to create a constant tempreture and humidity workshop.
The other side, materials performance have made great impact on cutting discs and grinding wheels. Our resin is imported from Germany, better bonding and
adsorption capacity.
Resin abrasive cutting wheels are made of silicon carbide and firber glass.
The silicon carbide constitute the main body of a piece of cutting wheel, the firber glass inside has protective effect. If the cutting wheel broken, this fiber glass can effectively prevent pieces flying out, at the same time, it also increase wheel's strength
During production, we have a series of quality management system.

Every new type of cutting wheel or grinding wheel will be tested thousands times in our laboratory before production, we have set up a database of these testing result.
We company cover an area of 20000 square meter, more than 120 workers. 80% workers have more than 10 years experience in this field.
We can supply kraft cartons, colour cartons.
In case of useing kraft cartons, the delivery time will be very soon.
In case of useing colour cartons, customers' brand can be printed in cartons.
