it is tilting cooking kettle with mixer. used to cooking. heating, mixing for evporate milk, cheese, jam,rice, meat,, for continous heating and mixing
2. what is heat source?
steam indirect heating, Need to connect steam boiler for heat. Do you already have steam boiler?
if you have not steam boiler. suggest you consider electric heat cooker.
3.How many liter it is ?
Current standard size is 400Liter and 600Liter for choice
4. Does it has ntrol ?
Yes. Control panel has temprature to achieve 0--150℃
5. Mix speed: 0-29rpm adjustable by speed inverter
6. Dishcarge food: Automatic tilt the kettle after finish the cooking.
7.Machine material: Stainless Steel &carbon steel
