High frequency welding tube mill
High frequency welding tube mill is designed to make various shape pipes like square pipe, round pipe, oval pipe and other special shape pipes. The tube mill takes advantage of high frequency welding system and cold roll forming principle to make pipe from the thin sheet. The tube raw material could be various types like carbon steel, metal like Q235 and others.

Tube Mill Working Process:

High frequency working principle:
For welding part, it makes full use of two sciences-high-frequency current Skin-Effect and Adjacency Effect to make the current concentrate on the edge, then the temperature will reach to the point of welding. Then we can make the sheet to pipe by rolling and make the edge melting to one.

High frequency welding method:
Following the developement low frequency electric resistance weldeding procecss, the 1960 saw the introduction of HF welding process as alternative. This welding technology since developed then wide spread.The process involves the application of a high-frequency alternating current in the range 200 – 500 kHz, with the tube forming and energy input operations being performedby separate units. This welding method again simultaneously utilizes pressure and heat in order to join the strip edges of the open-seam tube together without the addition of a filler metal. Squeeze and pressure rolls in the welding stand bring the edges of the open-seam tube gradually together and apply the pressure.

Brief Introduction of Spiral Welded Tube Machine:
Spiral welded pipe machine is used to big diameter pipes by spiral welding method. By decoiler to uncoil and level the steel coil, and send the strip to forming machine by certain angle, then bend the pipe by certain angle based on three-roller forming principle, at last weld the spiral welding seam by the submerged arc welder. It is also called SSAW pipe mill.

Main function of each part of Spiral Welded Tube Machine:

 

1. Decoiler system firstly is used to open and feed the first edge of coil to the strip edge joining system. Meanwhile this part also bends the trailing edge of the coils. 
2. Side guide rollers are designed to feed the coil in the correct position from the decoiler to the forming section. And the pivot line roller and the cross side rollers are positioned by the hydraulic cylinders; the position will not be changed. Its functions are fixing the coil. And there are also some non-pivot rollers which are moveable for eleiminating the minor movements of the stripe. 
3. For leveling and make sure the input coil straight, there are some non-driven rollers to level coil stressed by the hydraulic cylinders.

Spiral Welded Tube Machine Installation, Commissioning, Test and Training
1.The engineers from the Seller shall supervise the installation on site and fulfill the commissioning. They should start off within 10 days after they get the information from the Buyer.
2.The Buyer signs in the Certificate of Acceptance.
3.The Seller trains the operators of the Buyer during the commissioning
4.Commissioning: about 3 engineers in 30 days.
5.The Buyer shall pay for the international air tickets and the local, such as board and lodging, daily transportation, communication, Insurance, etc. The Buyer shall pay USD 80 /day /person to the Seller for the commissioning.
6.The Buyer shall prepare an interpreter for better communication between the two sides.

     a  When finished the spiral welded pipe roll forming machine, you can with your techinian or one of your worker to            our factory  inspect the machine. While we run the spiral welded pipe bending machine , we can teach your techinian          how install the machine and run the machine.

     b   If you do not plan to come the inspect the machine running, we can send you the machine running vedios and                 machine manual which telling how to install the machines.

     c  We also have a strong machine installing team which ever go to custoer's country install many machines.

        If you demand our technian to work with you, our techinian can go to your place teach our worker's .

        But, our techinian's accomodations should be arranged by your sides and pay 50 USD/day .
