TY-3000 Pastry processing machine
The laminating line can be set up in U-Shape, L-shape and I-shape depends on the given space available and the type of production. Butter is spread on a thin layer of the dough, and then the dough is folded and rolled out repeatedly to create many alternating layers, which then puff up in a hot oven. With satellite rollers, butter extruder and folding device, pastry doughbands produced automatically. Both L and I-shape with 1 folding device, U-shape with 2 ones. Collocate with filling mechanisms and other equipments, like seeding unit, guillotine, dividing and spreading, roll mold cutter...etc. that will product various type puff pastry products.
