TY-3000 Automatic Roti Machine
The laminating line can be set up in U-Shape, L-shape and I-shape depends on the given space available and the type of production. With satellite rollers, butter extruder and folding device, layered dough bands produced automatically. Collocate with encrusting machine whitch will encrust the roti dough roll to dough balls, then press dough balls in TY-788 filming and pressing machine , roti finished with plastic film up and down sides automatically.
The laminating line is with special design dough rolling and sheeting mechanisms which won't apply much
energy to dough sheet that can keep taste similar to manual made and good quality of final products.
