R-8 butyl hot melt sealant used butyl rubber as basic material, adding proper amount of reinforcing agent and viscosity agent. The product has excellent resistance to ultraviolet ray aging, low water vapor transmittance and good bonding strength of glass and steel metal, etc. It has a large number use for inside seal of hollow glass, and it has advanced technical performance in China
Hot Melt Butyl Rubber Sealant Characteristic:
1. R-8 is a hot melt sealant made by vistanex, which as the first hot melt sealant for insulating glass. The product of single component, without flux, and can keep plastic and sticky in a wider temperature range
2. It has good adhesion for materials such as glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel.
3. It is easy for construction, and has a long lasting sealing. The color is bright. The product has excellent resistance to ultraviolet ray light aging, low water vapor transmittance and good bonding strength of glass and steel metal, etc.
Hot Melt Butyl Rubber Sealant Application:
1. R-8 used for inside seal of hollow glass, it need be used with the ZT-8800 silicone sealant which is also produce by our factory in order to achieve the seal of double side.
2. R-8 has a lower water vapor transmittance and better aging resistance, which provide effective guarantee for producing high quality hollow glass.
3. R-8 has higher cohesive strength, especially suitable for large plate hollowglass production.
Hot Melt Butyl Rubber Sealant Directions for use:
1. Article interval or grease, dust and other dirt on the glass, can reduce the sealing and bonding effect of all sealant, must be removed before use.
2. R-8 can use hot melt butyl extruder and also automatic gluing machine coating. The Construction environment temperature requires not less than 10 ℃.
3. Extrusion temperature is 110 ~ 130 ℃, glue mouth temperature should be higher than the plastic cylinder temperature, about 1 ~ 2 ℃. Please note: specific temperature is closely related to the heating efficiency of machines and the factors such as the accuracy that the temperature measurement shows.
4. The user can adjust the temperature and the glue pressure according to the making conditions and the requirements of make hollow glass, to achieve the best effect of coating. We do not recommend use the pressure glue pump, because its pressure is low and difficult to adjust, is not conducive to operation.

We are trade company but we also have own factory. Our factory is located in Boutou city and our trade company is located in Cangzhou city. Building trade company is just for exporting various types of sealants.
3. Can you pack the sealants with our own brand, our own name and our own mark ?
We can pack the sealants as the customer demand, with the customer own brand, own name and own mark, but you should tell me how much do you need, and then we can give you a FOB or CIF price,the price will be a little different according to the amount.
