Water/ Oil/ Sand Flexible Discharge Rubber Hose
Structure:
- Ø Inner Rubber Layer: Adopted natural rubber, polyurethane rubber and other compounded rubber as the principal raw material, and mixed with special reinforcing agent.
- Ø Pressure bearing Layer: Used good quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (cord thread) as the enhancement layer, better flexibility and pressure capacity.
- Ø Reinforced layer: According to the technological requirements, adopted the high tenacity copper plating spring steel wire.
- Ø Outer Rubber Layer: Employing natural rubber and compounded rubber, wear resistant, anti-oxidant, good appearance and long service life.
Application:
- Ø Widely used in all types of bulk-cement tanker.
- Ø Delivery all kinds of mineral powder, pulverized coal and coal ash.
Suitable Materials:
Concrete, mud and sand and motar, etc.

1) For the EPDM rubber peristalic pump soft rubber hose, if the Akron abrasion is 0.2 and the out diameter is 100mm,it can delivery about 20000m3 concrete.
2) The working time of EPDM rubber peristalic pump rubber hose has a close relationship with the delivery material.
