Description of firewood sawdust briquette making machine :
1. Raw material can be: Sawdust, tree branches, bamboo powder, sawdust, coconut shell, straw, rice husk, corn cob, peanut shell, vinasse and so on. Our wood briquette machine can make a lot of sizes of charcoal, which can be used for animal food, biomass straw fuel and other related products.
2. Material requirement: Moisture: 8-12%; Size: ≤ 5*5 mm.
3. Working hour: This machine can be work on 16 hours per day.
4. Final briquette shape: Hexagon shape, round, cubic, etc. Diameter is 50-80mm with a hole inside. The inside hole diameter is usually 15mm. Length of final briquettes can be controlled and adjusted between 300-700mm.
5. Final pressed briquette density: 1500Kg/m3.
The process for firewood sawdust briquette making machine :
1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.
(wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).
2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.
3. Pressing to raw material into briquette by putting the dried materials into briquette machine.
4. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.
