The brief introduction of Horizontal steam boiler
The boiler adopts traditional vertical structure, smoke tube is intensified heat transfer with thread form, and uses boiler economizer to reduce funnel temperature, improve product's efficiency and performance.
1. Vertical layout: covering small area, easy installation.
2. Using screw tube and boiler economizer with high efficiency.
3. Automatic control: Good safety performance, easy operation.
Boiler Features:
1 ,the output capacity is sufficient and continuous:Because of adopting the high efficiency heat transmits spiral gas tube,so the real output capacity of boiler is 10%-15% higher than rated.And either output capacity or thermal efficiency will not decline as extended the running time.
2 ,Small size,less investments:we use efficiency threaded pipe,so hot water boiler that the output water temperature ≤150°c,
with a smaller capacity steam boiler can cancel the tail heating surface.the height of boiler is less than other coal-fired horizontal steam boiler hwihc has the same boiler room will spend much less money
3,No need special protection when power off:The hot water is mixed cycle and the water capacity is large,so the special protection is no need for damage caused by vaporization when power off.
4 ,The efficiency of the boiler is higher:the spiral gas tube is placed inside the boiler,so there will be no cool air entre.This can reduce heat loss and working rate of this boiler is highest.
5 Heating fast:There many spiral gas tubes in the boiler and almost half of the boiler shell can be heated,so the temperature can up soon and the time was short than the water-tube boilers.
6 ,safe and reliable:The special structure and material make the boiler begin with high safety
7,Primordial dust emissions density is low:The volume of the boiler is large and there is a dust separation device,so the primordial dust emissions density will be controlled much lower than the standard allowed
8,Easy to install: The installation charge is little and the installation time is short
Basic Introduction of autoclaved aerated concrete:
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a siliceous material (sand, fly ash and silicon tailings such as waste porcelain clay, stone processing waste materials, blast furnace slag, etc.) and calcareous materials (lime, cement) as the main raw material, mixing fat gas agent (aluminum powder), by ingredients, mixing, casting, pre-raising, cutting, autoclave, curing process made of light porous silicate products, because by the hair contains a lot of gas even after the small pores, hence the name of aerated concrete.
Production Process of Aerated Concrete:
According to the category and quality of raw material, and the features of equipment, the aerated concrete can be manufactured in different processes. Generally, add water to ash, silica sand or slag and crush them into slurry; then add powdery lime, cement of right amount, plaster, vesicant, foam stabilizer, and mix and pour it to mould frame; after curing, foaming and hardening, cut it into blocks and boards in different specifications; finally, transport it into pressure steamer with steam-curing cart, and get the light cellular concrete after steam-curing with high temperature and pressure.

Material-milling Equipments:
a. Crusher: Lime, gypsum, and such kind of bulk material need to be crushed as the first step in AAC Plant.
b. Miller: The AAC material must be fully grinded in order to make better reaction. Ball Mill is used widely, it has two types: dry and wet, can be chosen upon requirement.

Autoclave: Autoclave is a device for silicate hydration products to get physical and mechanical properties.
Boiler: the boiler supports for the autoclave and pre-heat furnace and other facilities with heat.

Auxiliary Equipments:
a. Mould Frame, Mould Bottom and Mould Car, they composed together to form the Casting Mould, which is the main forming equipments in AAC Production Line.

b. Hardening Car, Ferry Cart and Hangers, they must be equipped as auxiliary equipments in autoclave curing system.
