1. What’s your payment term?
30% deposit by TT, 70% balance before loading container by TT; 100% LC at sight(total payment over 100,000USD)
2. How about shipping?
The shipping depends on how many decorations and other facilities you will buy, but generally one 20’FT container can load about 50-60m2 house, and 40’HQ container 120-140m2 house.
3. Do you provide me with my individual design?
Yes, We can design according to you layout, sketch rough drawing or your descriptions.
4. What should I do if we have no professional workers to install?
We will provide a 3D assembling video and a drawing with panels numbered, which can be easily understood by your local builders. And our engineer can go for a guidance if necessary, though normally there is no need as our products are easy to assemble.
5. What will you do before you offering me the price?
We will discuss with you about the house dimensions, your layout(if there is any), the materials you want to use for the house, doors, windows, ceiling, roof, floor etc, and then we will offer the design from our experienced engineers and a competitive price..
6. Can you help me to purchase home applicance?
Yes, we can purchase some solar system, kitchen and bathroom facilities, ect.
