Our company has obtained 11 national patents on designs of prefab building system and construction materials. Our professional technical department which has more than 20 years’ experience can make the designs as per your requests.
Our producing capacity is 5500m2 foam cement panel and 6000m2 EPS sandwich panel per day, which already supported government projects in India, Suriname, Niger and Cameroon, and other projects in more than 20 countries. We focus on your comfortable life, not only the house is our purpose.

1. Life Span: around 15 to 20 years. we can guarantee for 10 years.
2. Fire Resistance: level B.
3. Thermal Conductivity: 0.042 m2.K/W.
4. Earthquake Resistance: Up to Richter 8 (basic earthquake acceleration 0.4g).
5. Wind Load: wind speed 120KM/H.
6. Nature Disaster: Waterproof, rainproof, snowproof and sound insulation.

1. What’s your payment term?
30% deposit by TT, 70% balance before loading container by TT; 100% LC at sight(total payment over 100,000USD)
2. How about shipping?
The shipping depends on how many decorations and other facilities you will buy, but generally one 20’FT container can load about 50-60m2 house, and 40’HQ container 120-140m2 house.
3. Which countries have you exported to?
Our houses have been built in Australia, India, Niger, Suriname, Botswana, Uruguay, Nigeria, Marshall, Panama, Libya, Spain, Laos and other regions.
4. Is there any directions for the installation?
Yes, we will provide a 3D assembling video for every house and a drawing with panels numbered.
5. Can your workers come to assemble the house for me?
Yes, it’s ok. Usually with the 3D video and the drawing, it’s no necessary to send our workers to the construction site, but if you insist, we can send one or two engineers there for guidance, and you need to pay for their travel expense and commission.
6. Can you help me to purchase other things like furniture or appliance?
Yes, we can purchase some kitchen and bathroom facilities.
