Usually ship with 40’HQ containers, one 20FT container can load around 50sqm foamed cement house,one 40’HQ container can load around 100sqm foamed cement house. |
It takes around 15 days to purchase all the raw materials including all the extra doors, windows, decoration parts. |

7. Payment terms:
1) T/T: 30% payment in advance, 70% balance by T/T before delivery
2) L/C: accept L/C at sight for amount over 100,000 US dollars.
