Features:
1 This system is composed of five(six)-roll calender, multiple-roll lead device and auxiliary cooling machine.
2 This system is suitable for the production of Rigid PVC film rolls in the thickness of 0.06-1.20mm with the thickness tolerance ≤ 0.01mm. We also can supply the special system which cn produce Rigid PVC film rolls in the thickness of only 0.02mm with the thickness tolerance ≤ 0.003mm.
3 Calender roll adopts independent or combination driving in conjunction with special hard gear reducer;options include preload, anti-curving device and hydraulic axle crossover device.
4 Each drive motor of the calender set can be individually regulated or jointly follow-up regulated.
