Product Description
1.MC Nylon + MSO2(Light black color)
Impact-resistance and fatigue-resistance of casting nylon, strong loading capacity and wear-resistance.
It has a wide application in making gear, bearing, planet gear, seal circle and so on.
2.Oil MC901(Blue color)
Striking blue color, excellent toughness, flexibility, fatigue-resistance and so on.
It is the perfect material of gear, gear bar, transmission gear and so on.
3. MC Nylon (Natural/White color):
High performance of wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, self-lubrication, vibration-absorption, noise-absorption.

4.Oil Nylon + Carbon (Black Color)

Pharmaceutical equipment:
MC nylon has the anti-corrosive, rustless and unconglutinant resistances, which are suitable for making gears, rollers guides and other components in pharmaceutical equipment. It is one kind of material that conform the regulations of China GMP and USA FDA.
Water conservancy and environment protection:

Electronic industry
The main application of MC nylon in electronic industry is ESD performance. It has been adopted for the various parts due to its characteristics of protecting electronic components from static damage, such as: chip salver, casters in the clean room, roller of the transportation system of LCD panel assembly line.
Besides, MC Nylon can be made into the gear for balancing the eddy bearing, which has a higher strength than metal gear, and reduce the noise of car in running.
