Step 2. bring out the warmer pad, pull apart the paper on the adhesive layer
Step 3. stick the adhesive layer onto the OUTSIDE of your underclothes NEVER USE IT DIRECTLY ON YOUR SKIN !
Step 4. after your using it, just remove it.
Attention:
1.Do not tear up the non-woven fabrics bag in case the materials leak out
2.Do not stick it on the skin directly to avoid burning or allergy
3.Pregnant women are forbidden to use; disabled and children use it cautiously
4.Do not stick it to long-fiber or high-end clothes, or clothes can be damaged by adhesive
5.Please take it off when you feel too hot or erythema and blister appear
6. Do not use it when you go to sleep or there are other heaters
