2. Remove the protective backing.
3. Place the body warmer pad directly onto clothing over the required area.

1.NEVER use it onto skin directly. NEVER stick it onto skin.
2.NEVER use it when you sleep.
3.Below people need be careful when use the Warmer Pad:
l Diabetic,
l patient of disturbance of blood circulation,
l people who's skin sensitivity to hot is lower than normal people (people whose HOT FEELING is not sensitive).
