The tungsten carbide drawing die adopts high-quality hard alloy as its core, with high hardness, good thermal conductivity, and low friction coefficient. In the process of using, it shows good corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and applicable to the drawing of black metal, large size wire, and which the drawing condition is worse.

In order to the use of tungsten carbide drawing dies more efficient, there are five points for attention:
1. the choice of equipment
2. pretreatment of wire material
3. choosing appropriate lubricant
4. exception handing
5. change fossilized dies in time
Minimum diameter range: 0.1mm.
Quality Assurance: Outmost care is takenwhile designing the profile of die as per standards and customer requirements. Mirror polish is done for better surface quality of output wire from die. TheAutomation used while the manufacturing of the size of the dies guarantees thetolerance in 0.001mm.
