AML - Ⅲ duct automatic production line
1.Processing of 0.5 ~ 1.2 mm thickness of galvanized sheet or low carbon steel

AML - Ⅲ duct automatic production line, equipped with feeding frame, tray, into the feeder roller, block material, leveling embossing machine, hydraulic Angle of attack and hydraulic plate shears, level had been achieved motor speed, speed stability.
1.Retainer plate: for the convenience of customers, improve the work efficiency, change the retainer plate to increase within tight, improves the feeding speed. Retainer plate material feeding driven by a motor through the worm gear reducer, worm gear reducer has the self-locking function. Material tray bottoms limited position switch, can control the volume of automatic feeding and stop material, its control circuit with automatic feed, feed and electric material return at the function, control is simple and reliable.
2.Into the feed roller device: can be feed placed different positions according to the requirement.
3.Loading bay: adopt mechanical platform for feed, limited position can be adjusted automatically move, make feed stable and reliable.
4.Limit: make feed location, spacing, to ensure its accuracy.
5.Leveling embossing machine: can realize sheet leveling, embossing. Embossing using five line parallel the shape of the embossing. I use high quality material to heat treatment. A lot of time can press out has the shape of the five lines radian, Angle, has increased forming of sheet steel hardness.
6.Hydraulic punch Angle, can according to the needs of duct actual pointed mouth and impact and square opening.
