Single block wire drawing machine
Description
Inverted Vertical Drawing Machine is developed for the non-slip drawing of medium&low carrbon steel wire, special shaped steel wire and nonferrous metals with thick & medium diameters.
It is especislly suitable for the drawing of medium & low carbon steel wire in standard parts and supermaket shelf industriy.
The maximum inlet diameter can reach 40mm and diameter of capstan is 550-1400mm.
Transmission part of the system can apply cycloidal speed reducer, harden gear surface reducer or rocker reducer. Its electric system applies international famous brand frequency converter with performance.

The duck pay-off is used for paying-off of rough wire rod, is the first step in a wire drawing line.
It’s special design for the inverted vertical wire drawing machine.

Structure and function declaration:
The automatic pay-off machine is divided into many parts: the machine body, pinch structure, hydraulic system, and drive system.
The machine body is welded by profile steel, seamless steel tube and steel plate. After calculation, this machine owns reliable stability. The main motor makes the loading roller and pinch roller to rotate synchronously by reduction box and drive system. Hydraulic control can do the fine tuning for the degree of pushing to make sure the effect of straightening.
Pinch roller and straightening material employs GCr15 with hardness of HRc55-60. Its surface roughness is 0.8μm. All the hydraulic pressure and control function will run stably and reliably.

Capstan:
Capstan on DL uses 45# cast steel and inside of the capstan, we do the finish machining for it. Capstan diameter is 1200MM. surface grinding will be realized on the machine, and the hardness of capstan surface can reach ≥HRc55. Inside of the capstan, there is full of cooling water which can achieve circulating cooling when water will spill, and then return water again.
Body frames:
It is welded by U-steel, H profile steel and steel plate and so on. It is combined by four stand columns with frame style.
Die box:
Die box, composed of well type thread roller, lubricant box and mould box, is fixed on inlet wire position. The die box is welded by steel plate and it can be moved freely by adjustment. Drawing mould employs ball valve adjustment. The fixed die box has a collective funnel to clean the oil coke residues so that the oil coke residues on the outlet position can be collected easily. There is an automatic lubricant stirring device and the cooling system of circulating water in the die box.
Auto drive device:
It uses hard tooth surface reduction box. Output principal axis is fixed vertically downward.
Reduction box gear is made from 17CrNiMo6 or the same grade material. It uses casting structure. The reduction box accuracy will not less than Grade 7.
To make sure the lubricant in gear box, we use oil circulating pump for the gear above the lubricant oil level. The nozzle will spray on the gear and at the same time it is equipped with lubricant oil cooling circulating device.
Reduction box is sealed without any oil leak. The stopple for air discharge is arranged on the upper part on the machine. One the below part, the oil level indicator and oil discharge outlet are designed as well.
Pneumatic protective cover:
At the operation position of the machine, there is the pneumatic protective cover. Its height keeps the same with capstan. It uses rubber strip to control buffer. During the normal drawing, the taper of the roller keeps the same with capstan to make the wire tight and reliable.
Water supply pipe:
In the front of the capstan control position, there are capstan and die box cooling valves and they are connected with user’s TOP point.
Meter calculator and control panel:
Meter calculator uses non-contact proximity switch. The signal of meter calculating comes from the drawing capstan. The touch screen can show the meter length and pre-set the meter length. When it is full, it will stop automatically. The precision of meter calculating can reach 2‰.
Besides touch screen, control panel also includes different functions of bottoms, such as “Emergency stop”, “Start”, “Stop”, “Roller tight”, “Roller loose”, “Trolley in”, “Trolley out”, and so on.
