ONE.Advantages of the machine
1. High productivity and good precision for metal sheets bending, different tools working for multifarious pieces.
Can make complex shapes by repetitious bending work. Can punch with corresponding die.
2. Mechanical stopper in oil cylinder, typical of high feedback precision for position for position of gliding block.
3. Double hydraulic oil cylinder is applied for upper transmission, provided with mechanical limit stopper and
synchronous torsion bar, typical of stable and reliable operation, as well as high precision.
4. According to international standard, the bend angle precision can be ±1º.
5. With slowly falling function, the worker can control the machine easily.
TWO.Hydraulic system
It uses JAPAN NOK seals;
Oil lever indication is clear and directly;
Excessive load overflow valve mechanism, safe and reliable;
THREE.Valves and gear pump of the cnc plate cutting machine
Every complete working cycle can be achieved through the control of hydraulic valve.
The remote adjustment valve can adjust the working pressure at the side of the wall board.
American OMG valves from China, runing steadily and reliably. (Rexroth hydraulic system is option)
It use internal gear pump to reduce the system noise and extend the service life.
