Main Applications, Functions and Features
1. This machine is used for straight sheet material whose tensile strength shall be less than 450N/mm2
2. The machine is equipped with front and back gauge. The whole frame is steel welded , vibrating treatment to remove the internal stress , good rigidity and stability .
3. Adopt interacted hydraulic transmission system.
4. Tandem cylinder ensure the consult of shearing angle when the machine is working.
5. Triple support lead rail to eliminate the gaps , it enhance the shearing quality.
6. The accumulator’s return is stable and fast.
7. Blades clearance adjusted by hand wheel , it’s quick, accurate and convenient.
8. Adjusting shearing angle to reduce the deformation of the sheet .
9. Upper blade holder with inward struture, it’s facilitate to feed the material.
10. Rolling ball device reduce the frictional resistance , at the same time , it can protect the workpiece surface from scratching.
