Furnace introduction

 

 

This equipment can be used to produce hot fused glass, mosaic glass and other glassware and craftworks  which are suitable for continuous volume production.

 

This furnace is roller type tunnel kiln,splicing type steel structure length 26 to 40 meters,  the  temperature  design   850°C to 950°C ,

 

The furnace design 4 temperature zone include:preheating zone,sintering zone,cooling zone and air cooling zone.And use φ42mm high aluminium ceramic roller,roller speed between 300mm-1200mm/min .
