Brief introduction of Automatic Glass Sand Blasting Machinefor furniture glass:
This is a PLC control automatic vertical glass sandblasting machine. It is used for sandblasting engraving various kinds of patterns on flat glass with thickness 5 ~ 50 mm. The mechanic transporting is automatically controlled by photoelectric switch and stroke switch. Glass is transported to the mouth of the spray gun by synchronous belt. It blasts sand by moving up and down (the space can be adjusted according to glass height). The transporting of the synchronous belt is stable, high effective and easy maintained. The driving mechanism equips a dustproof cover to effect the normal working and daily maintenance for a long time. It adopts touch screen control. The characteristics of this machine: stable running, powerful function and convenient operation. It can detect the position of the glass automatically when blasting sand.

1. The sandblasting machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi element which can be programmed and saved. The system is stable.
