Chenzhou Sanke stainless steel Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing stainless steel tube mould, including various moulds for round pipes, square pipes, rectangular pipes torque, shaped die, etc.
Mould material, selected the most high-quality steel - Cr12MoV with reasonable molding design principle. After the high precision CNC machining and air quenching and hardening treatment, the whole hardness of the mould can reach HRC64 °. Due to the reasonable design, the precision of mould manufacturing and the advanced technology in heat treatment, it’s very smooth in the production process, with good stability and high efficiency. What’s more, there is no strain or nail grain phenomena for the tube.
Now, our company has brought in the new material -- high aluminum bronze and high manganese bronze as the die material. The new material possesses high rigidity and excellent wear resistance. It can be molded in high precision by one time with no need to be heat treated, while there is no deformation or magnetic phenomenon.
Our mould usually matches up our precision pipe-making machine very well. There is no need to employ the professional master to adjust the mould, which not only lets the enterprise have the initiative in hands, but also greatly reduces the production cost and improves the pipe-making efficiency.
