Copper Cable Granulator and Separator Machine
1.Introduction:
Copper Cable Granulator and Separator Machine(also named waste copper cable recycling machine) is one type of machinery used to crush waste copper wire/cable and separate copper and plastic, which is an environment-friendly equipment.Refer to AMS-800,it is the production line of waste cable/wire recycling equipment.
This machine is consist of Material Conveyor, Crusher, Dust Cleaner, Crushed Material Conveyor, Separator, Pressure-reducing Blower, Dust Collector, Output Unit, and the Underbed.
2.Working Procedures:
1.The wires/cables are crushed by pre-crusher.
2.Crushed wires/cables are conveyed to second crusher by conveyor .
3. Crushed wires/cables are crushed by second crusher again to have plastic skin and copper granules.
4. The granules (mixture of copper and plastic) are conveyed to the separator, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.
5. The separator is consist of separating board, eccentric device, adjustable amplitude device,and speed adjustable motor, etc. It is used to separate plastic and copper granules.
6. All the units are installed on the underbed to form a whole structure, easy for transportation. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipment, and customer only need to connect it to the power supply.
