The application of the Reach Stacker Crane
Use in materials, bentonite, starch, feed, medicine and other fields, and can meet different
packaging production line of all kinds of product pallet requirements.
The Description of the Reach Stacker Crane :
No two pallet robot is one of the big family robot varieties, size small, mainly used for various
products of the pallet. Such as food, chemical fertilizer, building materials, such as the pallet
industry products. Robot grab product forms involved in bags, boxes, plastic box, round tank,
etc., such as: carton pallet, round tank pallet, etc., to replace the traditional mechanical
manipulator stacker crane artificial or mechanical arm work.
The Stacker crane work flow:
When packing products into the working space, the robot grabbed one product and placed in the
code on the plate. All the action program all by operating personnel prior input robot control part.
According to the different shape, stacker crane can also pallet 2 to 3 kinds of products. According
to the different shape, design different jig, may to the various forms of product pallet. Equipment
design maximum energy saving, no uselessly roller of transhipment, at the same time installation
space minimal.
Robot stacker crane can according to user needs to provide all kinds of different forms.
