Ring die animal feed machinery is widely used in the granulation of corn, wheat, beans etc. The output pellets are used as animal and poultry feedstuff in livestock farm,
poultry farm, feed processing industry and aquaculture. Now, based on the outstanding features of its high throughput, low consumption and mature technology, ring die feed

The working principle of the animal feed machinery.
Firstly, the material is transferred into the conditioner by the movable screw feeder. Then the conditioner can make different materials fully mixed. What’s more, it can adjust the raw material moisture to ensure good quality pellets. Then the suitable raw material is sent to pelletizing chamber. When the roller is moving in the pelletizing chamber, it makes the raw material inletting the holes of ring die and form the pellets.
Several paring knives cut the pellets to size as they are extruded from the drum, after which they fall through the bottom discharge chute into a container ready for use.
Advantages of the animal feed machinery.
The animal feed machinery is designed more advanced and complex than flat die pellet mill.There are also two main advantages of ring die pellet mills.

6. The advanced conditioner ensures the conditioning time>150 seconds, making the material cooked sufficiently so as to be helpful for the quality of pellets.
7. Double or three layers jacketed conditioners can be installed to meet special needs of aquatic feed.
