Features:
1.Equipped with sealed-pipe-type maintenance-free micro-focus X-Ray tubes.
2.Equipped with stepless speed changing lever for convenient control of speed, angle and range.
3.All moving parts are equipped with ball screws and driven by steppers, so motions are smoother with high precision and lower noise.
4.High-voltage power source and X-Ray tubes are connected in a split way. If there is anything wrong with the power source, you do not have to replace the whole X-Ray system and it is also very convenient to maintain the power source.
5.Equipped with software to calculate the BGA void ratio automatically.
6.Automatic X-ray tube protection: if no operation happens on the system for 20 minutes, the system will turn off automatically and come into protection mode.
7.Automatic machine protection: if any door is opened,the unit will turn off immediately and come into protection mode and the X-ray emission stops immediately.
8.Calculates the cumulative operation time of the x-ray tube automatically. Inclination of the angle and automatic navigation function are optional.
[Measurement]
1.To measure the distance between two points, the angle between two lines, and the arc.
2.To measure the area of a rectangle and an ellipse.
3.To measure the length of the longest and the shortest axis.
4.To measure the bubble area ratio of irregular products.
5.To measure the curvature of a line.
[Measurement of BGA Void Percentage]
1.Single or multiple areas may be selected to calculate the BGA bubble ratio of the selected area automatically.
2.Limiting values may be set to judge void ratio, maximum void, or advantages and disadvantages automatically.
[Reports]
The result of the analysis can be marked on the images directly or reported out and saved in CSV format.
[Image Browse]
Original images can be called out for comparison to analyze any abnormal phenomena conveniently. You may choose any image and can choose any conditions to analyze the original image for convenient and quick analysis.
[Automatic Navigation]
If you use a mouse to click any point of the navigation image, the object carrier will move automatically to any point to be detected. You can also check back the position of every point last saved and the measured conditions (e.g. current, voltage, etc.) The measured images can be visualized on screen with simple operation and intuitive and accurate positioning.
