Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are a more than 10 years old industrial boiler factory, specializing in steam boiler, hot water boiler and thermal oil boil with coal, gas, oil, biomass etc.
Q2: Where are you company?
A2: We locate in wuxi city in Jiangsu province, which is near Shanghai port. Vessels departed from Shanghai port can reach all ports.
Q3: What’s your MOQ?
A3: Only 1 set, if you have more than that, you will get a more favorable price.
Q4: What about your payment term?
A4: Usually it would be 30% deposit payment, 70% balance before delivery. We accept T/T, L/C and other payment way.
Q5: How long is the producing period?
A5: Usually it will take about 30-60 days. Double confirmation shall be necessary before ordering.
Q6: What is the Warranty for the boilers?
A6: 1 year
Q7: Can we get commissioning service?
A7: Yes, commissioning engineers would be available as per your request and the service will be charged.
Q8: How should we deliver boilers?
A8: 20GP, 20FR, 40GP, 40HQ, 40OT, 40FR and so on by sea, depending on the boiler size.
