Configuration:
1. Suspended print head with squeegee pressure automatic adjustment by direct-connected motor
a) Programmable automatic pressure adjustment system ensures accurate pressure control.
b) Pressures of front and rear squeegees are separately adjusted, to compensate pressure imbalance caused by fatigue deformation of squeegee to prevent from different printing quality in front and rear.
- 2. Standard stainless steel squeegee, unique design to improve the lifespan of squeegee blade.
- 3. Vision alignment system.
- 4. Table X/Y/θ automatic calibration system.
- 5. PCB clamping and support system:
- 6. NC slide way adjustment for conveyor width and speed.
- 7. Dry-type, wet-type or mixed combination of the two types for stencil cleaning system.
- 8. System Requirements: IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) with Windows XP System

1. Product Functions:
Cp5 a high precision automatic solder paste screen printer designed for high precision screen printing or stencil printing in SMT industry.
2. Product Features:
a) Support wide spectrums of PCB sizes from 50mm x 50mm to 400mm x 340mm and PCB thickness from 0.6mm to 6mm.
b) High printing resolution:
- 1. High positional accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy ±0.01mm; printing accuracy 0.025mm
- 2. Support glue printing.
c) Automatic control improves production efficiency, quality control and saves production cost:
- 1. Automatic PCB calibration
- 2. Squeegee pressure adjustable
- 3. Automatic printing
- 4. Automatic stencil cleaning (dry-type and wet-type)
