Air system
Eliminate channel flow phenomenon
The air distributor of absorb tower adopts large interface stainless steel diffuser and ensure that air flow can through the absorbent floor, avoid channel flow phenomenon, corrosion resistance, durability and never exchange
Install energy saving condition
According to dew point, inlet capacity, pressure, temperature, regenerate air flow can install energy saving condition. It can also depend on air dryer load, adjust regenerate air flow, and reach energy saving efficiency.
Heatless regenerate gas consumption less than 15%
Design of tower structure is rational, store 95%adsorpt heat. It is used to add regenerate air temperature, improve equipment desorbed capacity. Make regeneration of science thoroughly

Detect exhaust temperature
According to exhaust temperature and humidity to determine regenerate time, in regenerate effect condition, to switch and reduce regenerate gas consumption to minimum. Avoid overtime gas consumption and high efficiency (optional)
Pressure equalization failure alarm
Two tower use pressure equalization to protect switch. If pressure equalization failure, will alarm (optional)
Trouble signal alarm
All pneumatic valves with position switch, when have trouble, system will send alarm signal (optional)
