Our new Electric Pack is almost same package which our customers from Transport Industry using every days for oil free pneumatic conveyance of bulk goods from tankers. Our E-PACK is dedicated for major bulk products like flour, sugar, salt, chemical granules, animal feed, coal dust, cement, sand, cement, chalk etc.
Scope of Supply
·High-performance inlet filter
·Three-phase ac motor, power output from 22 to 315 kW
·Motor speed 1500rpm or 3000 rpm,protection class IP54
·Bearing of frame on anti-vibration buffers
·Silencer, air filter and all tubing aluminium thus meeting the requirements of the food and chemical industry
·Mounted on robust steel frame
·Integrated oil cooler for continuous duty
·10 Litres of Silol Synthetic lubricant for first 12 months of operation
·Control system for start-up, phase control, thermostatic control for cover version
·Cover version available with air cooler and without air cooler
·Level of nose for cover version up to 80 dB with maximum pressure of compressor
