The CFRP, solidified with carbon fiber, can be extensively used in the fields of spaceflights, aviation, chemical industry , electronic industry and sports equipment, for its special characteristics of high temperature resistance (>3000¡æ), ablation resistance, less thermal coefficient of expansion, high special strength, high special module, and so on .
Our Company adopts the Hi-tech carbon fiber as the conductor for the hot forming the carbon fiber heating elements for the heaters, which is the first in China, and supplies a gap in this filed within the country. The technical specifications and features are as follows:
1) The resistance power and the surface temperature of the heating element can be discretionarily adjusted according to the design
2) It is quick and even in generating heat , with the electric heat conversion rate over 99%
3) It is high efficient in energy saving and can save 50-70% of energy. Each Kwh of electricity can produce 1.65 kilocalorie of heat
4) After switching on, it can generate far infrared radiation, which wave length is concentrated within 8--15 µm. Its omni-bearing emission rate is 87%, the infrared radiation conversion over 70% and the infrared energy 765.9W/M2. For a long time use, it can provide the health care function of physiotherapy, especially can effectively activate the histiocytes of human body, promote the blood circulation, speed up the metabolism and increase the immunocompetence, and at the same time, it has the functions of preventing odour, and removing moisture, antisepsis, resisting fatigue, high strength, duration, long duration, wear resisting, anti-aging and strengthening health.
5) It is safe and reliable with its insulation strength up to 3750W of the national standards, under which condition it can not be peeled off nor broken. It is water proof. Its average service life is up to 100,000 hours.
