Bread fermentor makes use of electric tube and adjusted temperature automatically, and then the water in the bin will be heat, and a lot of water vapor came out, the temperature inside the bin reaches 80-85%, the temperature can control automatically between 35°C and 40°C, and form a good environment for fermentation. The manufacturer should be Installed heating film inside the bin, warmed up and atomizing the steam droplet, and made the fermentation process achieve the best results. The fermentor is ideal equipment for producing cakes.
Using instruction
Installation instruction
1. Please take over the power line voltage before using the machine, and can be connected with the fixed routes leakproof switch directly, and solid grounding the two-color yellow and green lines.
2. Fermentor placed on both sides should remain adequate space for operation.
Cleaning and maintenance instruction
1. It must be keep the fermentor cleaning after finish using, for ensure the quality of the fermentor.
2. During the clean, it is not allowed to clean with water-jet pipe.
Using instruction
1. Please add certain water into the pan before using. When the fermentor works, the electric tube must be underwater, and it is not allow exposing the water, for fear burn in dry.
2. According the required rotational temperature control knob, so as to the temperature required for temperature calibration.
3. The red lights are on when the power linked, the green lights are on when the fermentor works. The fermentor is on risen state when the green lights are off.
4. When the fermentor is not at work, the operator should be cut the power switch for ensure safety.
