Characteristic and use
The model YKZ-100 rotary convection ovens divide into two parts electric and gas, it can bake bread, cake, poultry and many other pastries. It is applicable to food products factory, bakery, department, units, and army. Also is suitable for packinghouse, cake house, west biscuits house.
The whole adopt tine toy, the appearance made of stainless steel, the inside of the oven which for baking is made of importing alclad sheet. The frame can running around, and the top of the inside oven has a circumrotate pothook, and adopt blast force heated air circulation; this can enhance the efficiency of the thermal transmission, and reduce the heating time, so it may cause a more frugal energy. It uses heated air circulation and running frame, so the heating is uniformity utterly, and the color of the food that bakery is not changed. In order to make the food more delicious, the temperature more suitable, we set an air regulation and humidifying equipment in the exit of the sirocco, it is especially use for cake, france bread, etc.

Install and debug
1. The oven should put in indoor with good ventilation and drying air, also there should be no corrosion of gas and dust around. Environment temperature 5-45 degrees relative humidity not more than 85%, and install exhaust fan.
2. Both sides left and back of the oven should away from the wall about 500mm, the right side of the oven should away from the wall more than 800mm, it is not allowed to put flammable substances.
3. Pls install 150 (A) amp air chapeau before progressive Power Line, coat must be have reliable grounding. There should not be greater supply voltage fluctuations.
4. The disposal of emissions from the chimney connected to the outdoors, use metal pipes connecting the pipeline to avoid accidents.
5. All preparations had been completed, and after examination to test machines, close the switch, Press the "total shutdown (open)," Switch, and then press the power button, the corresponding light of the control board is lighting. Then can be start, and then operate the relevant buttons and switches of the board control, and made some corresponding operation. When it is need to emergency stop or long-term suspension, rotary the total stop button.
6. Pre-operational setting. It must be set after the instrument switches has energized, rotary set button of the electronic Temperature Controller, adjustments to its working temperature. For example cake (about 180 degrees), electronic timer set for 20 minutes.
7. Close the oven door, press the startup switch and rotary blast switch by clockwise direction, electric heater started heating. Meanwhile the indicate light is on, electronic Temperature Controller shows heater temperature, when the temperature rises to the setpoint of temperature controller, the heater stop heating automatically, when the furnace temperature is below the setpoint, the heater will open burning water automatically, and also re-heating for the oven, do these again and again.
8. When the temperature reached setpoint, open the door; push the frame which has put the pans into the oven, and ensure the place is right, close the door, rotary the switch and can be reversed for bakery products.
9. In the baking process, open "Lighting" Switch, one can observe the entire baking process clearly. (Note: There is no need to observe, please shut down lighting, and extend the life of lights)
10. Air-adjusting is a work must be done; the adjustment will directly affect the quality of bakery products, after several adjustments can be achieving the desired results.
Operational requirements and matters needing attention
1.
