The JZ-240 soap cartoning machine can feed soap, open box, push soap into box , press-print production lot/date on box and seal the box, all the processes could be finished automatically at the speed up to 240 boxes/Min.
1. Patent 4 soap-sucking head, the soap could be continuously and gently sucked away from the convoyer line and onto the machine’s “soap boat”, without any damage to the soap.
2. Special box taking-down unit with five sets of box sucking head.
3. Hot melt glue aplicator unit or flap-inserting unit optional.
4. Coding unit for production date and lot number.
5. on-line detection and fault-box rejection.
