Stitch forming parts:
A needle bar with separately inserted compound needles, and tongue bar, a knock-over bar and a sinker bar, ground guide bars, pattern bars, spandex guide bar
Shogging mechanism:
All ground bars, pattern bars and spandex bars use electronic shogging(EL).
Let-off device:
Ground guide bars and spandex bars adopt EBA let-off system, 152mm-diameter of beam shafts, and equipped with beam locking device.
Take-up device:
EWA system with 3 driving rollers and a pressure roller compose the take-up device.
Electronic independent batching (optional), even-speed electronic winding, and maximum winding diameter is 762mm.
