♦ Guide Bars:5(6) (4 of them are ground bars, and 1 (2) is pile bar)

♦Knitting yarn feeding devices: 5(6) guide bars adopt two-roller active let-off system, and support respective motion with 5 groups of feeding boxes. Changing gears can offer maximum and minimum yarn feeding; the yarn tension is controlled by the tension springs.

♦Warp beam dimension: 21’’ (the beam for pile yarn could be changed to 42’’ as required by clients)

Maximum diameter of batching: 1270mm

♦Stitch-forming device: composed of two latch-needle bar, two knock-over bars, and two sinker bars as well as 1(2) pile guide bar and 4 ground guide bars .

♦Machine frame: Composed of base machine, left and right wall, beam, middle wall and other parts, base machine adopts box-like structure and is filled with lubricating oil. Stitch forming parts, pattern mechanism, etc. all is installed on the machine frame.

♦Take-up device: four-roller system with one driving gear box composes the take-up device, and different stitch density is controlled by changing gears too.
