The scrubber body is made from FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) which is compounded formed with resin and fiberglass,and the resin content is about 60%-65%,fiberglass content is about 35%-40%;FRP can supply the better corrosion resistance and strength.
The thickness is depends on the capacity and type to make sure the enough reinforcement and afford the operation load.The accessories are including the manholes,windows,inlet,outlet and the necessarysupport.
The material of circulating water tank is the same as scrubber body,the volume is aqual with 3 minutes transmission capacity of the pump.There are some flanges for level control,overflow,drain and so on.
The material for packing is PP,PVC,CPVC,there are corrosion resistant and with the character of no blocking,no agglomeration,higher free volume and surface area,these can supply the less pressure drop and strong adsorption capacity.there are demister at the outlet,the efficiency is above 99% for 10 micron water.
